MyStory,” is a new form of academic discourse combining different forms of media that would traditionally not be used. Through MyStory, you are able to connect academia and personal experiences to create a public space dedicated to one’s personal thoughts. As a writer, we are often asked to write without having any personal experiences with the subject matter. Instead, these experiences are used as the backbone of your specific area of study.  In our Writing Through Media class at we focused on enigma, persuasion, and argument.
